1. Introduction

These terms govern your access to and use of the support offerings, digital guides, webinars, and physical kits provided by TaxFreeLine. By purchasing or accessing any offering, you agree to abide by these terms.

2. Scope of Offerings

2.1 Support Services

Professional assistance for online tax free declarations and VAT recovery provided via phone and virtual sessions.

2.2 Digital Guides and Webinars

Downloadable manuals, step-by-step tutorials, and live or recorded webinars covering tax free procedures.

2.3 Physical Kits

Printed materials, claim forms, and reference booklets shipped to your address.

3. Refund Policy

The following refund rules apply based on the type of offering you purchased.

3.1 Refunds for Support Services

Clients may request a full refund within 7 days of purchase if no session has been delivered. To initiate a request, use the Contact Us form. Refunds will be credited back to the original payment method within 10 business days. Services may be rescheduled without fee up to 48 hours before the appointment. No refunds are issued once a session has been completed or if a cancellation is made less than 48 hours before the scheduled time.

3.2 Refunds for Digital Guides and Webinars

Requests for a refund of a digital product must be made within 14 days of purchase and before any file download or webinar access. After access is granted or a file is downloaded, no refund will be possible.

3.3 Refunds for Physical Kits

Unused items in original packaging may be returned within 30 days of delivery. Customers must arrange shipment at their own cost. A handling fee of 15% will apply. Refunds will be issued within 14 days of receiving the returned kit, credited back to the original payment method, minus any shipping costs and the handling fee.

4. Cancellation and Rescheduling

Support sessions may be rescheduled one time without charge if requested at least 48 hours before the appointment. Additional changes or late requests may incur a service fee or be declined.
